In the summer of 2017, I began my meditation practice through journaling. I would sit and write what I was grateful for, followed by all my intentions. It was mind blowing to watch words on a page evolve into the physical reality, even quicker than I expected. I still practice this, however, my steady daily practice is Kundalini Yoga which continues to help manifest and so much more. Each day I use Kundalini Yoga to tap into a meditative state while focusing on my intentions.
